Hosting
This is a static website. It is provided with Faronta, a product of BlenCode GmbH, Boschstraße 10, 73734 Esslingen am Neckar, Germany, and delivered through Amazon CloudFront, the content delivery network of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (AWS). BlenCode GmbH and AWS process data on my behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you open a page, the servers process data that is technically necessary: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested and what your browser sends with it (such as the browser and operating system). This is needed to deliver the pages to you and to protect the website against attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is used only to deliver the pages; Faronta does not currently keep access logs for this website.
Amazon CloudFront delivers the pages from a location near you, which may be outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Amazon Web Services is certified, and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and third-party services
No cookies, no third-party content, no analytics
This website sets no cookies. It stores no information on your device and reads none from it.
Fonts, images and all other content are delivered by this website itself. Visiting it opens no connection to third parties, and your visit is neither analysed nor tracked for advertising.
Contacting me by email or phone
There is no contact form on this website. If you email or call me, I process the details you give me (such as your name, contact details and what your enquiry is about) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns or prepares a consultation or a contract, and otherwise my legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You are not obliged to give me any data, but without contact details I cannot reply.
The address milad.gholampour@horbach.de is a mailbox of Horbach Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH. Emails sent to it are processed in Horbach's email system.
Joint controllership with Horbach
I work as a self-employed sales partner for Horbach Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH, Swiss-Life-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover, Germany. Horbach and I are joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR) for advice, the arrangement of financial and insurance products, client care and the initiation of new business. If your enquiry concerns such advice or arrangement, we therefore process your details jointly.

How long data is kept
I delete your details once they are no longer needed to handle your enquiry, which is usually when your matter has been fully dealt with. If your enquiry leads to a consultation or a contract, the records are kept for as long as statutory retention and documentation duties require, for example under commercial, tax and intermediary law.
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other websites
This website links to my profiles on Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). These are plain links: the website does not embed any content from these networks and loads nothing from them. No data is transferred until you click a link; from then on, the network's own privacy policy applies. The same goes for the other links to external websites, such as the intermediary register.
No automated decisions
I make no decisions based solely on automated processing and use no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Use the contact details above.
Right to object: where processing is based on my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
